Our Global Product Design team is a powerhouse of creativity and expertise, spanning London, Tel Aviv, and beyond. Made up of visionary product designers, motion designers, and UX researchers, we work together to craft safe, immersive, and groundbreaking experiences across world-class brands like William Hill, 888, and Mr. Green.

We want you to lead and scale our multi-brand global design system, Helix for some of the world's largest sports and gaming brands, shaping a unified and cutting-edge design language. This fast-moving, high-stakes environment demands agility and leadership, navigating the complexities of multi-vertical roadmaps and rapid innovation.

A master storyteller and design evangelist, you’ll champion the power of system thinking—highlighting its impact on efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.

What you will be doing:

1. Define & drive the vision for a global design system, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
2. Lead AI-driven innovations, leveraging data and customer insights to enhance design componentry.
3. Manage & mentor a high-performing design team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
4. Align stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership to integrate design strategy seamlessly.
5. Establish governance & guidelines, optimizing workflows, versioning, and design libraries.
6. Champion storytelling & communication, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
7. Ensure implementation quality, working closely with engineers to maintain design integrity.
8. Drive alignment on design patterns across teams & brands, ensuring a cohesive and scalable system.

4. Governance and Standards experience to set guidelines, version control, and best practices to ensure consistency across platforms.
