Job description

As a member of the marketing team, the Senior Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement strategies for Clarivate's patent intelligence portfolio across the EMEA and Americas regions.

These campaigns are developed and executed closely with global marketing programs and local sales leadership.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5-7 years’ B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years direct experience in campaign and promotional program management.
  • Ability to develop campaign activities based on key strategic priorities and input from key stakeholder groups like sales, product marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strategic, creative, collaborative, and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on company strategic marketing goals.
  • Superior project management and organization skills, with the ability to execute multiple, complex campaigns while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to strict campaign timelines.
  • Experienced in marketing campaign planning and execution, digital marketing, account-based marketing, and budget management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

It would be great if you also have . . .

  • Experience in software marketing or the intellectual property industry.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms, webinar management tools, ABM platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Campaign management: Develop, execute, and measure demand generation, ABM, lead acquisition, and nurturing programs to accelerate pipeline, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
  • Content production: Work with subject matter experts, as well as internal and external creative partners to develop compelling messaging and content, including blog posts, webinars, email, social posts, and digital ads, to achieve campaign goals.
  • Sales Support: Provide marketing support to the EMEA and Americas patent intelligence sales teams to capture market opportunities and support GTM priorities and revenue growth.
  • Retention: Collaborate with product marketing and product education teams to develop campaigns that support existing customer retention and adoption goals.
  • Reporting: Report on marketing campaign effectiveness and progress against KPIs.
  • Planning: Prioritize opportunities and build plans to focus resources on highest ROI opportunities. Build and manage a pipeline of activities throughout the year.
  • Lead Management: Work with sales to manage lead conversion, pipeline analysis, and acceleration programs.

About the Team

This role reports into the Director of marketing for patent intelligence, working as part of a team of Demand, Field, and Event Marketing professionals as well as collaborating with the wider marketing and sales teams.

Hours of Work

Full-time, permanent role based in our London office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week.
