Are you a Band 5/6 Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role in an NHS Hospital? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Band 5/6)

Location: NHS Hospital

Duration: 3-6 months

Schedule: 5 days a week (will consider 3 or 4 days) - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Start Date: ASAP

Rate of Pay: [Hourly Rate]

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Support medicines management within the hospital setting
  2. Conduct accuracy checking of prescriptions (ACT accredited required)
  3. Assist in the dispensing and supply of medication
  4. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective treatment
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy records

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. ACT accreditation (Accuracy Checking Technician)
  2. Previous NHS hospital experience
  3. Strong communication and organisational skills
  4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. A commitment to high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
