Overview:

The firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join its investment team in Milan. The Analyst will play an integral role in all aspects of the investment process, from origination and due diligence to execution and portfolio monitoring. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on private equity experience within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Analysis & Execution
   • Conduct market research, industry mapping, and screening of potential targets
   • Assist in preparing financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, trading/transaction comps)
   • Support the due diligence process by coordinating with external advisors and reviewing materials
   • Prepare internal investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
   • Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
   • Prepare quarterly reporting materials and assist with value creation initiatives
   • Support bolt-on acquisition analysis and execution where relevant
2. Deal Origination Support
   • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential investment opportunities
   • Support initial commercial assessments and high-level financial analysis
   • Attend meetings with advisors, bankers, and potential targets where appropriate

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or Private Equity experience
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
• High level of integrity, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
