Machine Operator

Machine Operator - Staffordshire - Up to £31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance + Benefits - REF 1885

I am currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to work for a leading engineering organisation. Salary up to £31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance.

Shift work:

• 12 hours 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
• 4 days in week 1 followed by 3 off
• 3 nights in week 2 followed by 4 off

This role will be a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work for an industry leader with a clear career path for personal development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills with the ability to relay information.
• Computer literate
• Educated to GCSE level

The ideal candidate will be someone with a hands-on proactive approach, with a positive attitude, ability to listen as well as the confidence to communicate with cross-functional departments.
