A highly successful print and communications company is looking for an Account Manager to support the achievement of business goals by adhering to all policies and procedures applicable to this job role and area of responsibility.
The Account Manager will be entirely responsible for the service delivery of key client accounts (direct mail, print and digital services). It will be your job to be responsible for a high level of client communication, that issues are managed and resolved professionally, that clear audit trails for jobs are available, when requested, and have a proactive approach to ensure invoicing is carried out on a timely basis, ensuring all additional costs are captured, communicated in a timely manner and charged on invoices to clients. Ensuring that all clients are kept up to date with any changes that may affect their day to day dealings with the business will also be key.
