Job Title: Field Sales Advisor

Location: Midlands

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £28,000 + Commission + Car allowance

What you can expect in the role of a Field Sales Advisor at Airband

  1. Take ownership of your territory, attend local events, meetings and fairs.
  2. Develop good relationships with the community and identify their challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Visit customers directly to gather information to find the best solution to understand their broadband requirements.
  4. Identify the best connection method, be that Fibre or Wireless.
  5. Foster customer relationships via further visits and telephone calls and encourage referrals.
  6. When it’s raining (or snowing) and knocking on the door is more of a challenge, continue to build relationships over the phone, being proactive and making calls to prospects and new customers.
  7. Meet individual and team sales targets.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  1. Previous Sales experience (essential)
  2. Experience with Field, Outside or door-to-door sales (beneficial)
  3. Capable of building rapport with customers
  4. Proactive target-driven approach
  5. Strong organisational skills
  6. Flexible and adaptable to change.
  7. Great communicator who can also be an active listener
  8. Be part of a dynamic Team who can problem solve and negotiate.
  9. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Pre-employment checks

Please note that you are required to have the right to work in the UK and we request satisfactory references as part of our recruitment process. A DBS check is required for a number of our roles, particularly those that are customer-facing including Field Sales Advisor roles. Also, a driving licence may be required for positions that require you to be out in the field as part of the role.
