We're on the lookout for a Funding Claims & Compliance Specialist to join our friendly nursery team and take charge of the all-important funding claims process—while also keeping everything shipshape when it comes to compliance.
- Funding Guru: Prepare and submit funding claims accurately and on time.
- HR & Management Liaison: Work closely with HR experts and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Ofsted & Compliance Champion: Keep us in line with Ofsted requirements and all things regulatory.
- Health & Safety Superstar: Ensure policies are followed so our little learners stay safe and happy.
- Record-Keeping Whizz: Maintain accurate attendance, funding, and compliance records (because numbers matter as much as snack time).
- A love for order: If spreadsheets make your heart sing, this is your moment.
- Communication charm: You can explain funding rules and compliance requirements without sending people into nap mode.
- Previous experience with early years compliance and Ofsted regulations would be beneficial.
