Job Advert: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Blair Atholl, Perthshire
Salary: £50,000

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role with our client based in the heart of Perthshire? We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce manager to help shape the future of our digital and mail-order strategy, blending traditional excellence with cutting-edge online retailing.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will take a leading role in driving our online and mail-order business to new heights. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing strategies, your key responsibilities will include:

E-Commerce and Web Management

  1. Overseeing the performance, development, and optimisation of our e-commerce platform to enhance customer experience and maximise sales.
  2. Monitoring and analysing website performance, ensuring seamless operation, and delivering improvements to meet KPIs.

Data Analytics

  1. Leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and refine e-commerce strategies.
  2. Tracking key performance indicators across mail order and digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.

Mail Order & Catalogue Strategy

  1. Developing and implementing innovative catalogue and mail-order campaigns to support and grow this critical revenue stream.
  2. Managing catalogue production schedules, creative content, and customer targeting for maximum impact.

Digital Marketing

  1. Leading a multi-channel digital marketing strategy.
  2. Email Marketing: Driving customer engagement through targeted campaigns.
  3. PPC, Social Media, SEO, and Affiliates: Managing paid and organic strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
  4. Display Advertising: Enhancing brand awareness and driving revenue through impactful visuals.

About You

Looking for a dynamic professional with:

  1. Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or mail-order retail at a senior level.
  2. Strong expertise in data analytics, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  3. A deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, web management, and digital tools.
  4. Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  5. Outstanding communication and leadership qualities to work collaboratively across teams and manage key stakeholders.
