Mobile Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management – North East(Leeds region/furthest Newcastle)

Due to recent growth, my client is currently seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover the maintenance operations across a commercial portfolio in the North East of England, specifically in the Leeds region.

This role would suit an individual who can work using their own initiative and has a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required. The ideal candidate will be a conscientious and reliable engineer, competent working alone, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mobile Electrical Engineer Job Specification:

1. To perform daily, weekly, and monthly PPMs.
2. Responsible for reactive maintenance and remedial works.
3. Responding to breakdowns and emergency call outs.
4. Collaborating with a multi-trade team.
5. Lighting, servicing, fault finding, testing, and inspections.

Mobile Electrical Engineer Salary & Package:

1. £40,000.00 Per Annum
2. Monday-Friday / 08:00-17:00
3. Company Van & Fuel Allowance
4. 23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
5. 3% Company Pension Contribution
6. Overtime Available
7. Training and Progression Provided
8. Company Phone, Uniform, etc. Provided

The Person:

1. Level 2 and/or 3 in Electrical Installations (or Equivalent).
2. IET 18th Edition (Wiring Regulations).
3. 2391 Inspection and Testing (or Equivalent).
4. Basic electrical maintenance knowledge and experience.
5. Flexibility to support the building service team.
6. Good customer care skills.
7. Demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements.
