Senior Paid Media Executive

Location: London (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team in London. If you have a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns and love digging into data to drive results, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaigns.
  • Write engaging ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, highlighting key insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new strategies to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns—agency or in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
