Job description

Our client is a leading distribution company in the UK, seeking an Enterprise Network Engineer for an initial 3 to 6 month contract. The position is remote with some occasional travel required.

This role offers an exciting blend of network project delivery, operational support, and day-to-day network troubleshooting and maintenance.

Contract details:

  • Day Rate: £450 per day inside IR35
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Duration: 3/6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise networks - Cisco Routing & Switching.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) for secure access control.
  • Utilise Cisco DNAC (Digital Network Architecture Center) for automation and assurance tasks.
  • Deploy and manage Cisco Wireless Access Points, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.

Nice to Haves:

  • Proven ability to balance project work with operational support and troubleshooting.
  • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
