Our highly regarded mechanical, electrical and public health experts, sustainability teams and certification specialists collaborate with clients across the UK to transform vision into reality – with a unique blend of creativity and commercial pragmatism at the heart of everything we do.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in our Central London or Maidenhead offices. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

What does the role involve?

You will be part of a team working on a wide variety of small and large schemes including healthcare, education, leisure, retail, commercial and energy conservation. Duties are varied but include the following:

  1. Attending design and site meetings.
  2. Managing workload.
  3. Performing job manager responsibilities.
  4. Producing accurate documents including specifications, calculations, condition reports, etc.
To be successful in this role you'll possess:
  1. A degree in Building Services Engineering.
  2. A professional qualification with CIBSE or MIET (or be working towards).
  3. A good working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and Clash Detection.
  4. Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  5. The ability to manage a variety of projects meeting varying deadlines.
  6. Strong problem solving skills to work alongside architects and contractors to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions.
  7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  8. Up to date knowledge of the UK construction market.
