We are delighted to be working with this market leading law firm based in London, who are looking for a talented, experienced BD Manager to join their existing team based in London, supporting the award winning corporate practice group.

This BD Manager role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive a range of BD and client initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing BD Manager who is looking to take on more ownership and autonomy, or a high performing Senior Executive/Advisor who is looking to step up.

The remit includes:

• Collaborating with partners to develop client targeting plans and initiatives. Driving client development and cross selling activities, developing collaborative internal relationships.
• Partnering with associate level team members to coach and support the development of BD skills and best practice.
• Supporting the development of impactful content and campaigns.
• End to end management of flagship events for the corporate practice.

The successful candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years BD experience gained in a professional services environment
• Excellent client management skills and experience, with a track record of developing relationships
• Proactive, solutions orientated, client focused approach
