Our Therapies Team Leaders bring our spas to life, guiding both guests and therapists through their wellness journeys. With strong leadership, a passion for learning, and a drive for continuous improvement, you will ensure guests receive exceptional care and that our team flourishes.

Who do we want?

This is a leadership role focused on empowering our team and enhancing guest experiences across both hotel sites. You will be a mentor, trainer, and operational lead, ensuring our spa team delivers outstanding service while upholding our holistic and sustainable ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support, nurture, and inspire our therapists to provide 5-star guest experiences
  2. Lead by example, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and innovation
  3. Conduct Ayurvedic consultations, guiding guests through their spa journeys
  4. Oversee the smooth operation of spa experiences, including pools, thermal rooms, and hot tubs
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills
  6. Work closely with hotel leadership to drive creativity, innovation, and excellence
  7. Maintain sustainable and ethical spa practices for long-term business success

Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  3. Experience in spa therapy, holistic treatments, or Ayurveda
  4. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  5. Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. A collaborative mindset with a focus on team development and retention
