About the role

Responsible for managing the process of placing, processing and fulfilling MTECH orders with Geely International and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing import order management from the China manufacturing plant to the UK dealers.
  2. Liaising with the Sales Operations team about the domestic logistics to the dealer and accurately inputting and processing orders for vehicles from Geely International.
  3. Tracking the status of orders throughout the fulfilment process, including international shipping, customs clearance, and providing updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
  4. Investigating and resolving discrepancies, errors, or issues that may arise during the order fulfilment process.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
  6. Identifying areas for improvement in the order management process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Experience to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in order management in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
  • Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Attention to detail with strong communication and organisational skills.
