About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for apprenticeships and qualifications in Business Admin, Customer Service & Management.
  • Support and guide learners to develop both technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback to help students progress.
  • Develop dynamic schemes of learning tailored to a range of learning styles.
  • Ensure the curriculum remains up to date with industry standards and employer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience through innovative teaching methods.
  • Conduct workplace assessments and support learners in preparing for their End-Point Assessments (EPA).

About You:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Business Admin, Customer Service, or Management.
  • Possess an assessor qualification (A1/D32, CAVA, or equivalent).
  • Teaching experience is desirable, but we welcome industry professionals looking to transition into education - training is available!
  • Experience in delivering and assessing apprenticeships, including End-Point Assessments (EPA).
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
