Are you a Private Client Tax Advisor that’s looking to lead your own advisory department? Scaling a team, growing relationships (internally & externally), be deleveraged by a Compliance PCT team and have investment & autonomy to drive the growth where you see fit?
You get the best of both worlds taking advantage of a National Tax practice where you can leverage their internal network across their other service lines and their existing PCT compliance team, while being part of a “start-up” service. As a firm, they have a successful track record of growth having doubled in size over 2 years and facilitating multiple other high-growth service lines.
We’re exclusive with this client due to successfully collaborating with them to place over 30 senior hires, with 90% of these candidates loving their move. We could still be open to a commercial Private Client Tax Director, that’s wanting a quick, merit-driven route to Partner.
