We are currently offering exciting full-time opportunities for talented people to join our Bath team as a Civil or Structural Engineer with 2-5 years of relevant post graduate experience.

The ideal candidate will be accredited or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil or Structural Engineers, and we offer the opportunity to reach chartered status quickly. This role will provide the right candidate with a high degree of carefully supported responsibility from the outset, dealing directly with clients and getting involved in the detailed design of a wide variety of projects, as well as gaining invaluable experience by working with a team of friendly experienced professionals.

The Bath office opened in early 2025 and is poised for rapid growth with a promising pipeline of projects on the horizon. You will be joining the office during a dynamic period, offering exceptional opportunities for ambitious engineers to develop critical management skills and contribute to the business's expansion by mentoring the next generation of talented graduates.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will hold an accredited Civil Engineering degree (2:1 or higher).
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office is required and experience in other software packages such as AutoCAD, Tekla, TEDDS, MicroDrainage, Civils 3D etc.
• Ability to design structures in common materials to Eurocode standards.
• The position is open to engineers with experience ideally between 2-5 years of relevant post graduate experience, but more junior or senior roles may be considered.
