About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Fine Line Tattoo Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a JEWELLS Tattoo Artist, you will be responsible for designing and applying fine line tattoos that meet JEWELLS brand standards and the unique preferences of each client while ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Consult with clients to understand their fine line tattoo ideas and preferences.
2. Illustrate fine line tattoo designs based on JEWELLS Lookbook and client specifications.
3. Execute tattooing procedures with precision and care, while adhering to health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
4. Educate clients on JEWELLS aftercare products and procedures to ensure the proper healing of tattoos.
5. Provide excellent customer service throughout the tattooing process. Upselling additional services and/or products that may enhance the client experience.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
7. Assist in store operations as needed, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and sales assistance.
8. Engage in social media support to showcase your work and attract new clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years studio experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to illustrate designs and adapt to various styles.
• A passion for art and creativity, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
• Knowledge of first aid practices related to tattooing procedures.
• Compliance with health and safety standards and practices in the tattoo industry.
• A pro-active, team player who enjoys fostering collaboration and who takes ownership of challenges and delivers solutions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for casual luxury and the JEWELLS mission.
