Job description

Calling all Commercial Property Partners with a City, West End or National/Regional Firm background, our client, a mid-sized, full-service Firm that works at the cutting edge of Commercial Property is looking to take on an experienced Partner who will be fast-tracked to Head a sizeable department and to drive that part of the business forward with a seat at the top table of the Firm to swiftly follow.

This Firm significantly punches above its weight and works for some of the largest developers, institutional and private investors and property funds in the country.

The Firm has been performing extremely well over recent years, PEP last year was above £700k and they are known for paying their high achieving Partners extremely competitively. Culture-wise they are extremely collegiate, with regular joint pitches, social activities and executive trips being commonplace.

The suitable candidate will either currently be head of department at a top-200 firm or else an experienced individual with at least some degree of management capability who is looking to take the next step in his or her career and feels ready to lead a team.
