We're looking for a Project Superintendent to effectively monitor, direct, and coordinate the field operations of various civil construction projects. These projects focus heavily on Bridge Work. This person will work together with all project managers and engineers to form an effective management team for our clients, and implement and maintain full control of all field matters for all projects. This position requires a professional with strong management skills and a solid understanding of general contracting and construction lifecycle. You will need to be motivated, self-directed, well-organized, and familiar with the basics of project management. We're looking for someone with the ability to anticipate needs as well as proactively find solutions and adapt to changing priorities, such as planning, time management, and task management. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of DOH/DOT/VDOT experience. It is required that the candidate have OSHA 30, ESC certification, Traffic/Flagging certification, and preferably be bilingual.
