Role Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Oxford, UK
Bonus: 10%
Reports To: General Manager
Team Size: 3
Start Date: May 2025
Role Summary:
Lead and manage all hotel maintenance, ensuring safety, upkeep, and a seamless guest experience. You'll inspire your team, oversee budgets, manage contractors, and maintain regulatory compliance, while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel maintenance and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Manage and train the maintenance team.
- Control budgets and stock levels.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage projects.
- Contribute to energy conservation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and implement PPM schedules.
- Participate in crisis and fire teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage guest requests.
- Undertake Duty Manager responsibilities.
