Job Title: Procurement Manager (Greenfield)

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days a week in Central London)

Salary & Package: £70,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus & Additional Benefits

Sea Global is excited to partner with a leading global media organisation in their search for a Procurement Manager to support their growth and development. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to help shape the procurement function from the ground up. The successful candidate will play a key role in policy creation, business partnering, spend analysis, and leading contract negotiations.

As a newly established position within the business, the CFO is seeking a proactive and hands-on procurement professional with experience in greenfield environments. The role will begin with a focus on the UK market, with the potential to expand into a global scope as the function matures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with senior leadership
• Develop and implement procurement policies and processes aligned with the company's strategic goals
• Analyse spend data, partnering with the FP&A and finance teams to drive improvements and uncover cost-saving opportunities
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Legal, promoting the value of procurement
• Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and manage supplier relationships

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a similar procurement role, with a strong background in both analysis and procurement
• Experience working in complex, dynamic organizations is highly desirable
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to confidently challenge and influence when necessary
• Experience in a greenfield environment is particularly important, especially in developing procurement policy and processes from scratch
