Job Description

This global, growing hedge fund is looking for an extremely capable, forward-thinking, organized, and intelligent Assistant to support the Senior Talent Acquisition team. They are looking for someone with an interest in finance, eager to learn more, approach the role with energy, and support a team of 3. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and ideally experience on Greenhouse. The role would suit someone with a couple of years of experience in headhunting, resourcing, or talent acquisition, looking to gain experience in a fast-growing, global, tech-led hedge fund. The role will involve producing presentations, research, administrative support, candidate admin, including documenting feedback, travel, arranging interviews, database management, and aiding communication between the three executives within the talent acquisition team. It is four days a week in the fantastic office, one day from home, based in the West End, working with a great team and learning a lot.
