Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: Up to GBP130 per day - depending on Experience

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for passionate cover supervisors who may have experience (not essential) working in secondary schools in the Borough of Manchester. We are particularly interested in graduates who are close to graduating and may want to pursue a career in teaching in the future.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing a classroom and behavior, supervising pupils with pre-planned work, and ensuring pupils stay on task and are engaged in the work provided.

We are also looking for individuals who have previously worked with children in support work, sports coaching, or tutoring.

A successful Cover Supervisor will:

Experience as a cover supervisor is beneficial but not essential
Have worked with children before or be studying at university; desirable roles include support worker, sports coach, or tutor
Be confident in managing a classroom
Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
Have excellent communication skills
Able to commute around Manchester
