We are looking for a Forensic Quality Manager to report to the Head of Governance and Quality. In this role, you'll lead and develop an effective quality of service within Sexual Assault Referral Centres to ensure the successful implementation of a Quality Management System, which adheres to the requirements of ISO 15189 and the Forensic Science Regulators requirements.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Forensic Quality Manager, your task is to maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) across Mountain Healthcare. You'll work as part of a four-strong team and ensure the QMS meets all relevant standards. With your expertise, you'll be a senior figure, advising on key decisions, dealing with issues, and liaising with external contacts.
You'll also lead an audit program to test the QMS, analyzing performance data to spot areas for improvement. You'll represent Mountain Healthcare on both a regional and national stage and influence the landscape of quality management. You should therefore be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of relevant ISO standards. Ideally, you'll have set up and maintained quality management systems before. A natural problem solver with extensive auditing experience (and ideally auditor status), you bring excellent communication and people skills. Whatever your background, you'll be ready to make an impact from day one.
