DCT Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our client in Merseyside. This position is ideal for someone with experience in both commercial and domestic joinery, with expertise in 1st and 2nd fix joinery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term career growth within a supportive team.
- Salary: £15.50 - £17.50 per hour (PAYE)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Company Shares: Opportunity to grow with the business and earn company shares
- Holiday: 28 days holiday per year
- Business Vehicle: Equipped company vehicle with fuel card
- Business Phone: Provided
- Uniform & PPE: Provided for your safety
- On-Call: Expectation to be on-call for one week per month
- Toolbox Talks: Monthly team meetings with management to discuss ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Community Involvement: Opportunities to give back through fundraising initiatives
- Pension: Workplace pension contributions (3% employer, 5% employee)
- Training & Progression: Ongoing training with opportunities for career development
- Enhanced DBS Check: Required for roles involving healthcare and childcare settings (Company will cover the cost)
