Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning, multidisciplined practice who provide expert services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a motivated Architectural Technician to contribute to the design work on a wide range of housing projects for their studios in Portishead.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need previous experience in a technician role for a UK practice, predominately working on projects within the residential sector. The successful individual will be proficient within AutoCAD, as well as being able to demonstrate a strong passion for residential design and placemaking.
The role of Architectural Technician offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and good CPD programme.
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Relevant experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
- Strong interest in residential design and placemaking
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Experience with Revit would be beneficial
- Strong visualisation and graphic skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Live within a commutable distance to Portishead
