We are currently looking for a Sommelier to join our Upper Floor Restaurant team.

The Responsibilities Of The Sommelier Are:

• Welcoming members and their guests to the restaurant
• Leading your section with precision and charm
• Developing service standards
• Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests

The Experience & Qualifications Required As Sommelier Are:

• Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member’s club advantageous

The Working Hours:

• The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
• The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
