Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand and drive ticket sales. They will engage with our community and build strong relationships on and offline with partners.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy through platforms including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok. They will also build and deliver our relationship strategy with industry partners through channels such as LinkedIn.
The successful applicant will work closely with content creators, influencers and our internal teams to generate high-quality content that resonates with people. They will also be required to help optimise, and work on content for, our paid ads portfolio.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has experience managing multiple platforms for a business, is data-driven and able to deliver measurable results. The role currently has no direct reports, however, this could change as the business continues to grow.

Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Digital Communications, or a related field, is preferred
Full-time: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)
Office-based: Brighouse West Yorkshire with some homeworking
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
