Machine Operator

Kitchen & Renovation Concepts has an opportunity for an experienced CNC/waterjet operator to join the team in our stone processing factory in Dubbo in regional NSW. You must be authorized to work in Australia without work visa sponsorship unless already in Australia on a 482 visa and seeking to transfer your work visa to a new employer. Your tasks will include:

1. Operate CNCs and a water jet. (training given if required)
2. Assist in the efficient production of stone benchtop components.
3. Assist in keeping the machinery area clean and organized.
4. Assist with machinery maintenance.
5. Maintain cleanliness of machines.
6. Problem solve.
7. Follow WH&S best practice.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

1. Experience with CNC or waterjet operation.
2. Good computer skills and a willingness to learn the operation of our machines.
3. A driver's licence and Construction White Card.
4. Forklift licence an advantage.
5. A high attention to detail.
6. Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment with a great work attitude.

We offer stable employment, an attractive hourly rate, overtime, and monthly RDO. Relocation support may be available if relocating from a metropolitan area. Remuneration will depend on experience.

Dubbo is a growing regional centre in Central West New South Wales. It has a population of about 40,000 and offers good educational and medical facilities as well as affordable housing. It is about 4.5 hours from Sydney and is well connected by plane and train to larger centres.
