As our Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our Senior Maintenance person with all repairs and maintenance across our home. You'll walk the home daily to proactively identify any areas that need attention, whilst also conducting regular safety checks on various equipment. You'll create a maintenance programme for the home alongside our Home Manager and, of course, you'll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you'll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents' dignity at all times.
