Overview: Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager required for a 30 bed residential home just outside of Llanelli.

Purosearch is working with a well-respected, family-run care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for their 30 bed dementia service just outside of Llanelli. We are looking for a manager with a background in elderly and dementia care, who has been previously registered with CIW and who has good local knowledge of the area.

Job Requirements for Care Home Manager:

1. Overall responsibility of the home
2. Staff management and recruitment
3. Care plans, assessments, filling beds
4. Budgets, business development, marketing

Skills/Qualifications for Care Home Manager:

1. Proven track record of successful home
2. Background in dementia and complex care
3. Hands-on practical approach, dynamic & enthusiastic
4. Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
