An established industry player is seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems. This role involves managing maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Location: Leeds, Stockton-on-Tees, Elland, York
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (can be worked flexibly)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Bonus opportunity: Up to £2,400 per year (measurement based on company and personal performance)
Reporting to the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supervisor, the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across our portfolio. This position includes managing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, covering general repairs and the upkeep of various systems such as splits, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, refrigerated display and storage cabinets. The role will require mobile working from different sites across the North of England and Lincolnshire and may require to participate in the out of hours on-call rota. Company vehicle, tablet, and phone will be provided.
