Compliance Manager | Global Tech Leader | UK Remote

• Location: UK Remote in South East England
• Salary: £119k per year PAYE
• Contract Length: 6 months with possibility for extension

About the Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ethics and compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on compliance policies, anti-corruption measures, and third-party due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ethics and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations
• Conduct risk assessments with a focus on ethics and compliance-related risks
• Provide expert guidance on compliance approvals, investigations, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive compliance best practices
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in compliance, risk, and audit within a regulated industry
• Background in conducting internal investigations and risk assessments
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Experience in anti-corruption compliance and third-party due diligence is a plus
• Additional language skills or accounting knowledge would be beneficial
