Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit Experienced Female Support Workers to support our young female client who has Cerebral Palsy and lives in Clydach with her family.

You will undertake a range of duties relating to her care and rehabilitation process.

You must have some relevant experience, be flexible, proactive, and follow appropriate training and supervision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work working alongside experienced therapists and professionals.

Hours

7 days per week – Flexible

Days:

Mon-Sun

0645-1845

1500-2215

Saturday and Sunday – 12 hour shifts available

Please note, alternative weekends will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with:

• Providing encouragement and motivation
• Accompanying her to school
• Full personal care
• Providing development and social activities
• The delivery of her rehabilitation program

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
