Job Description
Assisting with Acquisitions
Working within the Housing and Acquisitions Team
Managing acquisitions across the County
Working as part of the wider team but also on your own initiative
The Successful Applicant
Strong Admin and Project Officer experience
Ideally a background from an Estate Agents would be beneficial
Working knowledge of the Housing Purchase Process
Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
Able to work on site in Kettering but also willing to travel within the County as required
