Support Analyst

Working in a fast and dynamic environment, supporting clients remotely will be your primary task. With on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn new skills and methodologies, we will soon expect you to:

• Customers come to you with questions about their data and their marketing campaigns. Because you are the "super user" of the applications and have knowledge of best practices, you ensure that customers get the most out of their data and tools.
• Up-to-date technological skills are essential, and you are able to quickly master new software programs. It is a job where you get all the freedom and responsibility in a flexible working environment.
• We manage large amounts of complex information and data for our clients, and your analytical skills come into play. You also have a feeling for marketing and campaign management.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the data warehouse.
• Help manage the support ticket system.
• Run SQL scripts to deploy internal products and make changes to databases.
• Write simple SQL scripts to produce counts/extract data for targeted campaigns.

Requirements

• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree at a working and thinking level in either science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• You are proactive and flexible, so you are not frightened of ad hoc activities.
• As a person, you are a nice, smooth personality, enthusiastic, representative, service-oriented, social, independent, and communicative.
• You do not shy away from small operational activities.
• You communicate easily in English, both orally and in writing. Dutch, Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
• You love to learn and work with new software, products, and technologies.
• You have an affinity with data and software.
• You are comfortable handling, analyzing, and manipulating large amounts of data.
• You are a proactive and flexible self-starter.
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, relational databases, or design would be a plus, but not required. Specific skills such as SQL, HTML, Python, R, or design are a plus.
