This is an inspirational two-form entry school in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. It is easily accessible by public transport and is seeking to appoint a qualified Primary teacher from April 2024. The school has a Good Ofsted rating and is happy to consider applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs. KS2 Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire KS2 students to reach their full potential.
2. Monitor and assess students' progress and keep regular records of KS2 students’ academic performance.
3. Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning.
4. Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for KS2 students.
5. Prepare and participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings.
6. Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.
7. Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements:

1. QTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.
2. Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner.
3. Passionate about learning.
4. Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 3 environment.
5. Able to communicate your passion to children and parents.
6. Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom.
