My client is an acoustic engineering company specialising in the design, supply and installation of noise control hardware. Making them unique, they have a contracting team that delivers noise solutions based on the pre-assessments done in-house. This presents great opportunities for people to develop in a desirable area of acoustics and work with clients on a broader scale.
They currently have 15 staff across acoustics, contacting, sales and admin, so you'll be a part of a close-knit company and a well connected team. The acoustics team is currently 4 strong with a lead and two juniors, so you'll be coming into the middle to support the lead and develop into a more senior position down the line.
They conduct a range of environmental noise and architectural acoustics work for blue-chip retail, high end residential, service stations, plants and much more...
They are looking for a Senior Acoustic Engineer / Consultant to join their team. As a leading consultancy they design and install noise control equipment for the construction industry, predominantly in central London (80%), and in the home counties, but also throughout the UK.
The position involves being part of a team carrying out a varied and interesting range of work requiring a broad range of skills and knowledge of acoustics.
In addition, they offer the opportunity to get involved in noise control engineering, product design, development and testing.
