- Promote the company’s core values and ensure staff follow in the same footsteps.
- Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.
- Initiate strategic plan to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain the agreed KPI’s whilst ensuring repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
- Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.
- Cooperate with the internal teams on a regular basis.
- You have strong methodology knowledge ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry.
- Experience with managing a site/Bodyshop and people.
- Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
- You are willing to go the extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
- Ideally you are familiar with BSI requirements.
