About the role

We are looking for a UK-based qualified GP, ideally with expertise in Endocrinology and fluent French skills. To succeed in this position, you’ll need to be GMC registered and have completed UK GP training or equivalent.

Day-to-day the work will encompass:

Patient consultations: Using our asynchronous online platform, you will clinically review and assess each patient consultation, answer clinical patient emails, and if safe, prescribe medication or give advice in line with ZAVA guidelines.

Review of current practice: You will work with your team to update existing medical guidelines and improve the patient journey.

For this role, you need to be:

1. A GMC-registered GP with excellent clinical knowledge and good clinical judgment.
2. Fluent in English and French, verbal and written.
3. Expertise in Endocrinology.
4. A caring and reflective practitioner.
5. Motivated, curious, and open to new developments within medicine.
6. Interested in how new technology and strategies can improve patient outcomes.
7. Computer literate.
8. Committed to lifelong learning and professional development.
9. Good at prioritising workload and managing stakeholders.

Desired but not essential:

• Fluency in additional languages including French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Registered with the Irish Medical Council.
• Experience in asynchronous consultations.
