Job Title: Senior Systems Manager

Location: Remote - UK sites and occasional international travel required

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Manager to oversee and manage digital systems within a growing division. This role involves ensuring systems meet business needs, are properly governed, and deliver value through efficient project execution and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the functionality, performance, and security of all systems.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and change requests, and maintain system documentation and vendor contracts.
• Lead system implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Work closely with various departments to prioritize and implement system improvements.
• Identify and implement process optimisations to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in systems management and administration.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with project management and system improvements.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and governance.
• Experience managing systems across multiple locations.
