Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Stockton-On-Tees /Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Active Directory / Office 365 / Windows Servers / Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Services Provider in Stockton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across the Stockton region.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a fast-paced MSP environment; however, it is not essential. You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

In this role, you will:

1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems, networks, and applications
3. Maintain and update internal systems and infrastructure
4. Document technical solutions and create technical guides

Technical Skills:

1. Active Directory
2. VMware
3. Office 365
4. Hardware Support
5. Windows 10 and 11, Server 2012 – 2024, OS, Azure AD
6. Network Infrastructure (Firewalls/Routers/Switches)
7. VOIP – would be beneficial
