6-month contract
Outside IR35 – Day rate negotiable
I am currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Technical Architect on behalf of my international client. This is a contract role, hybrid working with some on-site requirements in London. The contract is for an initial 6-month period, outside IR35.
- Deep ServiceNow knowledge and previous implementation experience is required.
- Experience in other areas of the platform alongside ITSM is advantageous, these include ITOM, CMDB.
- ServiceNow Certifications – System Administrator, Certified Implementation ITSM.
- Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation.
- Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards.
- Recording, qualification and questioning of customer requirements, even in complex projects and in the case of unclear customer requirements.
