Diagnostic Technician – Portsmouth
Basic Salary - £40,000 - £45,000
OTE - £50,000 uncapped
Paid Overtime

Our client, a Busy Franchised Dealership in Portsmouth, has the requirement for experienced Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team.

Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

  1. Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
  2. Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
  3. In-depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
  4. Provide Technical Expertise to the workshop team
  5. Diagnose and undertake general repairs to Vehicles
  6. Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  1. Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  2. Manufacturer Diagnostic Accreditation or equivalent
  3. Full and clean UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:
  1. Hybrid/EV Qualification
  2. MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)

Remuneration & Benefits

  1. Basic Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
  2. On Target Earnings of £50,000 uncapped
  3. Paid Overtime
