Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days in Office) - London based

The Role:

You will lead the development of a robust compliance framework, oversee compliance operations, and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will represent the business at regulatory forums and drive initiatives to ensure long-term compliance excellence. This position requires SMF16 and SMF17 credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compliance policies aligned with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance matters across all levels of the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and audits to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal frameworks.
• Oversee and develop the compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring succession plans are in place.
• Drive business change initiatives and promote a culture of compliance best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in compliance, with SMF16 and SMF17 credentials.
