Contract: Permanent.
Term: Full-Time.
Salary: £28,673 per annum.
Hours per week: 35 hours.
Reporting to: Money Advice Supervisor.
Location: Various locations around Liverpool and from home.

Job Summary

The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide a high-quality advice and casework service to the organisation’s clients in debt and money management services.

The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide mentoring and support to their co-workers, which will help develop their skills and expertise in debt and money management services, ensuring they deliver the best possible service to our clients.

This is a demanding role, whereby the Debt Advice Caseworker will have the ability to understand and deal with complex information. They will work collaboratively with their team, management, external organisations, and the Head of Service.
