FIS TCC professional services team is in charge of the implementation of all valdi TCC projects for EMEA, LATAM and APAC clients. We value a culture of excellence, quality, and professionalism using Project Management best practices.

As a member of the professional services team, you will be involved at every phase of projects from initiation through delivery and closure. This would mean you will be in charge of the management of the implementation project you will coordinate day-to-day project delivery and manage client relationship.

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules and deliverables.
• Create Project definition document to identify project scope, critical success factors, risks, etc.
• Interact with sales, presales to clarify the project scope and the needed effort.
• Actively collaborate with systems engineering, product development, product owners, business stakeholders and other members of cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
• May include managing the customization of base products to meet client requirements, system integration with other FIS or third-party products or consulting projects and engagements.
• Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups in FIS and/or in client organizations.
• Implement valdi solution in UAT and Production client environment, assist client during UAT validation and ensure support during the go live and early care.
• Report issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Ensure training for end users and hand the project over to the Operations and customer support teams.
• May work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.

• Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines.
• Expertise in VALDI TCC solution.
• Knowledge of the industry project management best practices.
• Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and the correct project application.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Knowledge of company's products and services.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus.
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, Italian or Spanish are a plus.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
